Part Of Our Story.

SINCE 2003 ...

The 501(c)(3) educational organization was founded in 2003, under the name MBADiversity, out of a need for an effective cross-cultural pipeline of positive change agents in education, business, and the global community at large. The organization was rebranded to GradPrep to include students from all degrees and skills.

We are members of the National Council of Nonprofits.

Project Alliances

Since 2003, our charity has formed project alliances to achieve our goals to support prospective graduate students.

Over the years, these project alliances have included The Princeton Review, Kaplan, and Manhattan GMAT for test prep scholarships. We have worked with America’s top business programs as well to assist in their diversity recruitment, and to offer educational symposia.

If you would like to align with us for future projects, please contact us through email.

Awards & Matriculation

With the help of our alliances and supporters, the following outputs to date include over 2700 test prep scholarships and discounts awarded, 25 Global Fellows engaged in international internships, and community service in Shanghai, China, and Tecate, Mexico, with a 99% graduate school matriculation rate.

Media & Publications

Over the years, our work has been cited in various media outlets and publications, including:

  •  BusinessWeek
  • The Economist Intelligence Unit
  • The Hispanic Outlook On Higher Education
