ABOUT US

Empowering Students & Communities Since 2003

Our organization began its journey in 2003 as MBADiversity, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established with a clear mission: to create an effective cross-cultural pipeline of leaders and positive change agents in education, business, and the global community. From the beginning, our focus has been on breaking barriers, fostering diversity, and ensuring that talented students from all backgrounds have access to the opportunities and support they need to succeed.

As the needs of students and the professional landscape evolved, so did we. To reflect our broader mission of serving learners from every academic discipline and skill level, we rebranded as GradPrep.

Now, more than twenty years later, GradPrep continues to grow and adapt, guided by the same core values that inspired our founding. We remain committed to equipping the next generation with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive—empowering them not only to achieve their own dreams but also to become catalysts for positive change in their communities and across the globe.

Partnerships, Impact & Recognition

Since 2003, we’ve built powerful alliances to expand opportunities for students worldwide. Together, we’ve delivered scholarships, global fellowships, and earned recognition in leading media outlets.

Project Alliances

Since 2003, our charity has formed project alliances to achieve our goals to support students. Over the years, these project alliances have included The Princeton Review, Kaplan, and Manhattan GMAT for test prep scholarships. We have worked with America’s top business programs as well to assist in their diversity recruitment, and to offer educational symposia. If you would like to align with us for future projects, please contact us through email.

Awards & Matriculation

With the help of our alliances and supporters, the following outputs to date include over 2700 test prep scholarships and discounts awarded, 25 Global Fellows engaged in international internships, and community service in Shanghai, China, and Tecate, Mexico, with a 99% graduate school matriculation rate.
